Delhi Center serves the HIV-positive Latino community and their loved ones linking them to HIV medical care and helping them to develop a comprehensive, individualized service plan in order to reach self-sufficiency. Clients are provided with basic needs assessment and assistance through appropriate referrals in medical, social, community, legal, financial, and other needed services. HIV positive clients are provided with bus passes in order to go to and from doctor appointments and other HIV related services.

Educational activities about HIV prevention and care are aimed at educating clients on life skills such as practical living skills, functional communication, community integration, treatment, adherence, nutritional counseling, and skill building exercises. Mental Health support groups are provided by a licensed professional for newly diagnosed clients as well as for affected family members and loved ones. Family social support events are offered to help clients integrate and improve quality of life.


The Central City Community Health Center Mobile Health Clinic offers low or no cost medical and dental services on site, the first and third Wednesday of each month from 1:00 to 8:00 pm. Services include health screenings, vaccines, PAP smear, family planning, blood work, and medications. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 714-520-0855 or 714-309-5046.
